The story of Pool Exotica
It began with one pool and a promise.
More than 30 years ago, Mr. Dilip Kadam built his first swimming pool in Pune with his own hands on site. The promise was simple: build it right, build it to last, and treat every client's home like your own.
That promise became Pool Exotica. Today, from our base on Sinhagad Road, we design and build pools of every size – private plunge pools, family villas, resort lagoons, hotel and society pools – across Maharashtra.

Dilip Kadam learned pool building the hard way – on site, in every season, across every kind of soil Maharashtra offers. Over three decades he has personally overseen hundreds of pools, earning a reputation for structural soundness, leak-proof waterproofing and fair dealing. He still visits sites to check the work that carries his name.
